General Questions Questions Related to Specific Gage Products Can't Find an Answer?

Q. Can I buy a complete digitizing system from Gage, i.e. including a CompactPCI chassis? I do not find any reference to a chassis in your data sheets.

A. Gage does not supply any CompactPCI chassis. We made this decision after consulting with a number of customers who indicated that they would prefer to purchase their own chassis.

We have, however, qualified a line of Tektronix CompactPCI chassis for use with all of our CompuScope cards. We checked the wattage of the power supply, the airflow and overall mechanical ruggedness. This chassis, called the OTS-9000 chassis family, is supplied by Tektronix and can be purchased directly from Tektronix ( www.tek.com ).

Many other chassis have been tested by our engineers and were found to be perfectly compatible with our CompuScope cards.

If you are looking to have a complete turnkey system configured we can refer you to a system integration company to integrate the card for you in a chassis that they can guarantee.
