Q. I am purchasing a 2 board CompuScope 82G Master/Slave system. Can I place the cards in adjacent PCI slots? Does that leave enough room for cooling?

A. It is highly recommended that CompuScope 82G Master/Slave cards be inserted into the backplane with at least one empty slot in between them.

This ensures proper cooling of the analog electronics on the CompuScope 82G.
