GaGe Announces USB CompuScope Family

Gage USB CompuScopesLockport, Illinois (March 1, 2010) - GaGe, a worldwide leader in design and manufacture of high-performance PC-based digitizer and oscilloscope cards, today announced the new USB CompuScope Family of high-performance USB digitizers. The USB CompuScope Family includes three separate models, which feature up to 2 input channels, up to 1.1 GS/s maximum sampling per channel, 12- or 14-bit vertical resolution, 128 MS of acquisition memory and up 1.2 GHz of input analog bandwidth..

The USB CompuScope Family features GaGe superior digitizer performance in a compact and portable USB format. USB CompuScope models provide extremely high signal fidelity and feature Effective Number Of Bits (ENOB) performance values of over 10 or 11 at a 70 MHz signal frequency, depending on the model.

Each USB CompuScope model comes equipped with a USB cable, a 100/220 Volt power cable and a lightweight durable carrying case. USB CompuScopes easily connect to a customer's laptop computer, therefore, providing an ideal ultra-portable high-performance digitizer solution.

Like GaGe PCI CompuScope models, all USB CompuScope models operate under the GageScope stand-alone oscilloscope software or from any of GaGe's powerful CompuScope Software Development Kits. Customers familiar with GaGe software, therefore, require no new training for use of USB CompuScopes and may even recycle software code developed for GaGe's PCI CompuScopes.

The USB CompuScope Family was developed in collaboration with SP Devices and incorporates SP's patented interleaving technology.
